Celestia Leads is an Instagram lead generation and outreach automation platform. It allows users to discover prospects via hashtag scraping, filter them using AI, and run outreach campaigns via Instagram direct messages or email. The Service integrates with the Instagram Graph API via Facebook Login for Business.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Violate Meta's, Facebook's, or Instagram's Platform Policies, Terms of Service, or Community Standards.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in abusive outreach practices.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service beyond its intended use.
• Use the Service to collect data on minors.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

6. Facebook and Instagram Integration

The Service connects to Instagram Graph API via Facebook Login for Business. By connecting your Facebook Page and Instagram Business Account, you authorize us to make API calls on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Instagram API through our Service complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers paid subscription tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum) processed via PayPal. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by Celestia Leads and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding lead quality or outreach results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celestia Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

13. Governing Law
